Can a school actually test itself for equity, or only intend it?
Why the question matters
Identification, assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and release from services is a pipeline. Nobody in the buildings I know owns the whole pipeline, which means nobody can see its pattern.
What I currently think
I want to know who pushes equity in each building, and whether that role is structural or personal. If it depends on one person's conviction, then equity is a staffing accident.

I asked the room to name two or three norms at their workplace that might exclude someone with a different neurocognitive style. Then I had to answer it myself.
